1) Creative Movement and Dance in Worship
Worship is an expression of love, adoration and respect towards God involving our thoughts, emotions and body. The way God's Spirit moves through us will impact our body, thoughts and feelings, they can't be separated. Thanks to God's gift of a body that is able to move, we can explore worship through movement and dance and our expression is within body, soul and spirit, a fully integrated approach.
The sessions are aimed towards gaining a deeper inner awareness of Self and God, and exploring new authentic movements to creatively express our whole being towards God through dance. This will help to become more aware of who we are in Christ, as we move freely in prayer and devotion to God. The content of the sessions implements gentle dance and movement exercises, improvisation work, input from the bible, times of personal and corporal worship through movement, and times of discussion.

2) Company Classes
Company Classes in technique & Creative dance/worship dance
Contemporary, modern, classical ballet and Pilates classes are offered, as well as Creative Dance in Worship sessions on an alternate basis.
